CEO
Russell Willingham
Having served as Director of LNG refrigerants from 2016-2020, Russell Willingham oversaw the commercial and operational development of refrigerant supply to US LNG's first wave of liquefaction terminals. As Director, Russell helped to manage the commissioning and maintenance requirements of 4 of the 6 export US Liquefaction facilities, a total of 18 liquefaction trains. Russell has shown a commitment to working with EPC firms and LNG owners to collaborate on the best methods of refrigerant supply and purities available.
COO
John Armstrong
John served the LNG market for numerous years in his role of Commercial Operations Director. During that time John worked with project engineers to coordinate the initial fill and commissioning refrigerant requirements for numerous LNG facilities. As the liaison between commercial operations, John coordinated first fill schedules and would dispatch the driver team to achieve safe, on-time deliveries to each facility. John is a proven performer under pressure situations and shows an unwavering commitment to service the client with excellence.
CMO
Daniel Willingham
Serves as Veratex Gas Groups CMO and holds a Texas LPG category E management license. Daniel has served as safety director of Propane along with 18 years experience in safely handling and managing NGL's.
VP of Sales
Michael Guerra
Michael has over 30 years of sales and management experience with the last 8 dedicated to the industrial and specialty gas industry. During his time as Director of Sales for the Americas, focusing on Mexico & LATAM, Michael has been responsible for the export of multiple high purity products in bulk and cylinder packages to global destinations. His experience with supply chain management and export logistics combined with a dedication to customer service helps provide Veratex customers with the best solutions available in the market.
Director of Propane Operations
Steve Burkhart
Steve has over 30 years experience in managing LP drivers and transport fleets to support on time deliveries to small and large scale LNG facilities throughout North America. Steve oversees Veratex Gas Groups LP assets and coordination of VGG's drivers.
Director of Administration
Lori Albright
Lori has specific LNG refrigerant experience handling all invoicing, collections and supportive paperwork to 4 large export LNG facilities in North America. Her attention to detail and meticulous record keeping assisted in allowing EPC firms and LNG plants to have accurate/timely information regarding their refrigerant load counts, total consumption, and overall purities.
HSSE
Bruna Ferreti
Bruna focuses on developing safety protocols, conducting environmental impact assessments, and implementing sustainable practices. Her academic expertise supports a thorough understanding of environmental regulations and the implementation of best practices to promote a safe and environmentally responsible workplace.
Controler
Lauren Armstrong
Lauren has served in various administration roles over her 15 years experience in the industrial gas industry. Today Lauren serves as controller for Veratex Gas Group.
LP Service Manager
David Flores
David has over 15 years' experience installing customized LPG bulk systems across the Greater Houston area. He is fully licensed by the state of Texas to perform LPG installations and has a specific expertise in the maintenance and installation of LPG vaporization. David has also managed teams of LPG drivers through 24/7 supply campaigns in various temporary projects which require attention to detail and uninterrupted service.
